My name is Kimberly Farrell. I grew up here, surrounded by mountains, rivers, fresh air, and beautiful people.

Living in La Fortuna is something I never take for granted, and I would love for more people to experience what this area has to offer. That's actually one of the reasons why I founded Namu Real Estate Costa Rica.

I know this might sound like a sales pitch, but hear me out.

My dad, who's from the US, came to Costa Rica in the 80s, back when there were dirt roads, no internet, and he barely spoke the language.

Imagine trying to buy land with a checkbook when nobody in Costa Rica trusted checks! Plus, riding on a horse to explore different properties.

Things might be "simpler" nowadays, but there are different challenges. You're bombarded with information, everyone seems to have something to sell you, and chances are, you don't know many people in the area.

And that's exactly where I want to make a difference.

My goal with Namu isn't just to help you find a property. It's to make the process smoother, share what I know, connect you with the right professionals, and hopefully, make a new friend in Costa Rica.

Because at the end of the day, we're not just talking about buying property. We're talking about becoming part of a community.

And who knows? Maybe one day we'll be neighbors, running into each other at the local supermarket.
